In early 2001 I was hired by IBM to lead the User Experience team at the Innovation Centre in Sydney. This role encompassed managing designers, information architects and usability experts and working alongside IBM's eBusiness consultants to develop new solutions for Westpac bank.

The main project developed during this period was a Business Banking portal that incorporated added value services in addition to standard banking services.
