Grays Online auctions excess stock direct from manufacturers to consumers, and had extensive usability
issues with the design of their website.
I oversaw the redesign of the user interface in alignment with a new visual identity the company
had launched and resolved these usability issues, resulting in much higher completion rates of user transactions and the
associated revenue increase.
